First Time Shopping

In order to purchase goods from the K&D Shop first click on the "Shop Online" icon at the top left hand corner of the screen. You will then be redirected to the store where you can view and purchase products.

Products may be viewed by browsing the catalogue, by department or searching for a particular product in the search box. To view details about each product click on the product and further details will be displayed. To purchase a product click on Add to Cart.

Your shopping cart will appear on the right hand side of the screen with a running total of the products you have selected.

If a product is temporary unavailable a message will appear which say .Notify.. If you click on this message you will be able to enter your email details and add a comment and then click Notify. K&D will email you when the product becomes available again for purchase.

If you would like to alter quantities or remove products from your shopping cart click "Shopping Cart" in the top right corner. The shopping cart page allows you to change quantities, simply enter the desired amount and press the update button for the product you would like to alter. If you need to remove a product you can either enter 0 quantity or click on the red cross beside the image to remove the product from the cart.

When you have finished selecting products proceed with your order by clicking on Checkout.

New Account

If you haven`t already registered, click on .Create new account. of the right of the screen.

To do this you will need to enter your email address and repeat your email address. Enter a password, which you need to keep confidential. You will need to re-enter your password. Enter your Billing details, which include your First name and Surname, your address, postcode and select your suburb from the list. You need to enter your phone number were we can contact you if there are any issues with the delivery. This needs to be a number where you can be contacted during business hours.

You will be sent an email to confirm that we have the correct email address. You will need to view this email sent from K&D and click on a link within the email to activate your account. Once you have done this you will then be able to confirm delivery details . see below.

Existing Account

At this point if you have already registered for Online Shopping with K&D you can enter either your email address or your BPAY number and then your password.

Checkout

Firstly you need to confirm the items in your order, Quantities may be adjusted here and items removed if desired

You will then be able to confirm the delivery address. Enter the address, postcode, select the suburb from the list, enter your business hours contact number and add any comments regarding delivery e.g. Leave goods on front door step. Then click on the Confirm Address button

To make the payment click on the Make Payment button.

This will redirect you to the Commonwealth Bank site and you will need to click on either VISA or MasterCard depending on the card you have. You will then need to enter your Card details which include, Card number, Expiry date, Security code and then click on the Pay button. The Commonwealth Bank will then take a moment to approve the transaction.

If the payment is approved, the screen will show .payment approved. and you will be returned to the Checkout Screen and a Transaction number will be shown. You can print this out if required.

Otherwise if the payment is not approved, you may have entered the incorrect card details and you can try again by reclicking Make Payment.

An email will be sent to you confirming your order. Within two business days you will be sent an email when the goods have left our store for Delivery.

To Logout click on Logout on the top right hand side of the screen.
